This means change for us too and we see the product through new eyes.

I make all the products, from hand dryers to hair dryers and even mirrors. But I have a soft spot for the Zephyr. It is simple yet complex. There are lots of little components to assemble with the card, resistors, etc. Once you’ve got the dexterity, it’s simple! Here at JVD, we all know each other. It’s easy to communicate. I often put my questions to Eric in Quality Assurance and Olivier in R&D in order to understand the ‘why’. Why do we put certain components here and not there, or why is this step in the method? It’s important to understand why you do something. For me, the word that best represents JVD is innovation. When we’re not innovating to create a new product, we are altering or improving the features of an existing one. This means change for us too and we see the product through new eyes.
